Hi, I'm Isait—though many of my lifelong friends simply call me “EZ.”
I earned the nickname as a kid, but today it fits pretty well with how I approach real estate: knowledgeable guidance, clear communication, and making an often complicated process feel a little easier.

I've spent more than two decades in the real estate and mortgage industries, with experience spanning residential sales, mortgage lending, and property appraisal. That background allows me to look at a transaction from multiple angles—from property value and financing to negotiations and escrow—and anticipate potential challenges along the way.

My approach starts with listening, not selling. Whether you're buying your first home, moving up, selling a property, or investing, I want to understand what you're trying to accomplish first. From there, my job is to explain your options clearly and help you make confident decisions throughout the process.

I'm fluent in English and Spanish and have experience helping first-time buyers and sellers, move-up buyers, investors, VA buyers, and clients utilizing down-payment-assistance programs.

Outside of real estate, I'm a husband and proud girl dad. Family is at the center of my life, and it's a constant reminder that buying or selling a home is about much more than a transaction—it's about what comes next.
