I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Adam and how grateful I am for his tireless efforts to sell our home. We gave him the seemingly impossible task of getting our home listed, sold, and in escrow within 30 days. In today's market, that is quite the challenge, but Adam did not let us down. I cannot think of a better way to describe Adam’s professional philosophy than by sharing a phrase that he frequently used as we compared properties. “As my client, my effort is to facilitate getting you what you want”. My family is in the business of buying properties, updating, and renting them out. This effort requires precise timing, understanding income potential and executing an effective business plan. In the course of working together, Adam invested a great deal of time understanding our unique circumstance and became a dedicated partner in our mission. He served as our agent in the purchase of 2 rental properties both of which have exceeded our projections. On the last rental property we purchased, Adam’s strategy saved us 70 thousand dollars during the negotiation stage. In 10 months, the same property accrued 300,000 dollars’ worth of equity. Adam was recommended to us by a realtor in a different state and we could not have been happier to make the connection. After speaking with several sellers' agents, it was clear that Adam was the top choice: he was willing to listen to our needs and goals as sellers, was more than happy to abide by our budget for repairs and improvements, and ultimately was the best communicator around through email, text, and in person conversations.
