The properties that we viewed were catered to the details of our conversations. When I asked a question, she either knew the answer or found out for me very quickly. I needed to find a place ASAP in Orange county. Some people I would talk to focused on how hard it is to get offers accepted, that it will be a lengthy process and how much over appraised value I would have to pay.
