Whenever a problem comes up, I don't shy away from it and instead keep focused on how we're going to solve it. There's always a way to make it work.

I believe that at the end of any real estate transaction, it is incredibly important that both parties feel satisfied. Ultimately, the ability to negotiate between buy and seller to find that happy middle ground can make or break a deal. I strive to get the best deal possible for my client and know how far to push or pull on the other side. I constantly have my eyes and ears open to market trends to make sure my client's deal makes sense and is fair for them.

Outside of real estate, I am big on finding new restaurants as there's so much delicious food in LA. I'm also a big Lakers fan, so go Lakers!
